You will Learn how to cover a 6"dummy cake, make your own open roses, create elegant borders, design cup cakes, embed patchwork cutters, learn tricks of the trade to make your cakes stand out plus much more. Whether you are a total beginner or experienced you will enjoy learning in a friendly environment with like minded people

2 - HALF DAY BALLOON DECORATION WORKSHOP
Learn how to create a centre piece that would suit any ocassion, both with air and helium inflated balloon. This will involve you learning how to properly inflate your balloons to get the perfect result everytime, create a simple balloon centre piece, create elegant bows. You will also learn how to use balloons to mould fantasy flowers which would look elegant as either a weight to hold down your helium balloons or as a floral display. You will also be aware of necessary health and work safety measures required plus more This workshop has been designed to enable you decide if you want to pursue a career, develop a new skill or just have fun. All materials included in cost.
All classes are run by a qualified tutor who is also a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA)

3 - INTENSIVE CAKE DECORATING CLASS ( Half day once a week x 5)
Come and learn how to decorate a 2 tier special occasion cake in five 4 hour
sessions. Learn how to cover your cake with Sugar Paste and make your own flower paste; Create simple but elegant borders; Create your own Rose Spray; Create Open Roses and unwired leaves. Learn tricks of the trade, meet like-minded people plus much more. Let your finished product set you on the path of making money almost immediately.
